Interagency Collaboration Training Series
Establishing and Maintaining Highly Collaborative and Compliant Part C to B Transition practices that support positive outcomes for students and families
INTENDED AUDIENCE:
Part C and Part B staff working directly and indirectly with families through the IDEA Part C to B transition and/or referral process (including LEAs, Regional Center staff and vendors, public and private preschool providers, and Family Empowerment/Resource Centers).
DESCRIPTION:
This will be a six-part series (see dates below) during which exemplary practices and resources will be shared with the opportunity to discuss each topic in order to emulate practices in your region. The final four sessions will provide guidance and technical assistance to support development and implementation of effective interagency agreements.
