CalECSE Network Terms & Conditions

The Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) DEA governs how states and public agencies provide early intervention, special education, and related services to more than 7.5 million eligible infants, toddlers, children, and youth with disabilities.  The CalECSE Network is committed to improving outcomes for children and their families by addressing and eliminating barriers to successful transition, assessment, and access to educational programming for California’s youngest children with disabilities.  In order to accomplish this mission, CalECSE Network staff provides technical assistance and support to LEAs, Regional Center Agencies, and other educational partners, informed by the IDEA.  CalECSE offers high quality professional development at no cost to public early childhood agencies and their partners throughout California.  If you would like additional information on how California implements the IDEA, you may visit California’s state agencies website at: https://sites.ed.gov/idea/state/california/.
